Return Policy
Your absolute delight and satisfaction is very important to us here at Runaway Rabbit. So if you are not totally smitten by our bunny slippers or any of our products, we will cheerfully offer a full refund if you return them in new and unused condition and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. A copy of your merchandise receipt (please keep a copy for your records) must accompany the returned merchandise.
Before returning merchandise, you must first request a return authorization number by emailing us at customerservice@runawayrabbit.com and noting “RMA # Request” on the subject line. Please note this authorization number (you will receive via return email) on your return shipment label. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without the RMA# noted on the label.
For returned merchandise, credit will be issued via the original payment method for the cost of the item(s) and sales tax, if applicable, upon receipt and inspection of the product. Please allow 10-15 business days for the credit to appear on your PayPal or credit card statement. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We are unable to reimburse original shipping charges unless the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order.
In the rarest of events that you might receive a damaged or defective item, this must be noted in your email request for Return Merchandise Authorization. We will make arrangements for the product to be returned to our warehouse for your choice of refund or replacement at our expense.
