Our Shipping Policy
Shipping options are chosen during the checkout process. You will not be charged until after you review your entire order including shipping fees and taxes. You will be given the following options:
Standard Shipping and Processing (Policy change 7/2/08)
All purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center, to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. The charge for shipping using ground shipping is $4.95. All orders of $50 or more that are shipped using ground shipping to the same address within the contiguous 48 states will receive free shipping. Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $9 for standard shipping and processing (i.e., $13.95 for orders under $50.00, $9.00 for $50.00 or more). For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call our office at 270.843.0023. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
Expedited Delivery and Processing
Your order can receive priority for an extra charge of $15 per address plus the normal FED EX overnight charge of $28. We can arrange for expedited delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 12 pm CDT Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.) Note: Expedited service is not available for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
